40th Anniversary Luncheon

Every table had red and white flowers, our guild's colours.

On Sunday, April 26, 2015, EQG celebrated our 40th anniversary with a very special luncheon. About 80 people were treated to a delicious lunch, and some words from our speaker, the first guild president, Sandy Small Proudfoot. She gave us some background on the formation of our guild, as well as how important quilting has been in her life. She also showed us several of her magnificent quilts. At the end of the luncheon, each guest was presented with a lovely gift. It was a delightful way to mark an important step in our guild’s history.
