Show and Share, and a feature presentation by guest speaker Dawn Piasta from Dauphin, Manitoba: “Trunk Show a la Mode”

Dawn is one of the administrators of the newly created Facebook Groups “Canadian Quilt Guild Network.”

Her trunk show will combine live interaction, a slide show/video element and close up visuals of her quilts. Time permitting, she will share tips on using Inktense pencils & Apliquick tools. All of her quilts tell a unique story; they are an eclectic representation of her experiences and views of life. She incorporates many quilting techniques (pieced, applique & multi-media) into her quilts.
